These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Unity Umrah, including but not limited to Umrah travel packages, gifts, and other related services. By booking with Unity Umrah, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All bookings made through Unity Umrah must be paid in full at the time of confirmation unless otherwise stated. Any outstanding amounts must be settled before the commencement of your Umrah trip. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed or transferred without Unity Umrahâs written consent.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Unity Umrah will assist with visa applications but is not liable for any rejections, delays, or cancellations in the visa process.
All payments made to Unity Umrah are non-refundable. This includes situations where the customer misses flights, chooses not to travel, or cancels the trip for any reason. We advise customers to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
Unity Umrah is not responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations made by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Customers are advised to stay updated on their flight status with the airline directly. Unity Umrah will attempt to inform customers of any changes if notified by the airline but cannot guarantee this. In case of flight delays, cancellations, or any missed connections, Unity Umrah is not liable for any resulting losses, missed activities, or additional costs incurred. No refunds will be given for missed flights or changes to itineraries caused by airline schedule adjustments or other third-party issues beyond our control.
Unity Umrah is not liable for any missed flights due to customer delays, incorrect documentation, or failure to adhere to check-in times. No refunds or compensations will be provided in these cases. Customers are responsible for making alternative travel arrangements at their own cost.
Unity Umrah is not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
Unity Umrah acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). While we aim to provide a seamless experience, we cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by third-party service providers. We do not take responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or other incidents occurring during travel. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage during their trip.
Unity Umrah reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email and will take immediate effect.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unity Umrah operates.
